Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Club Labs LLC (“FitClub,” “we,” “us”) handles
information in the PISSn mobile application.
1. Who we are
PISSn is operated by Club Labs LLC (doing business as FitClub). Contact: support@pissn.com.
2. Information we collect
Depending on how you use PISSn, we may process:
- Account information — email and authentication identifiers if you sign up; or a temporary anonymous ID if you use Demo mode.
- Precise location — used to place and verify real-world claims (“puddles”), unlock nearby photos, and show map context. Location is requested through iOS system permissions; you can revoke access anytime in Settings.
- Gameplay data — puddles, scores, kingdom/king status, bladder/refill state, cosmetics, soft currency (piss crystals), feed activity, and similar game progress stored on our servers.
- User content — optional notes and photos you attach to puddles. Photos may remain locked to other players until they are physically nearby.
- Device & diagnostics — basic technical data such as device type, OS version, and crash/performance signals (for example via Apple or Firebase services if enabled) to keep the app reliable.
- Notifications — if you allow push notifications, we store a device token to deliver alerts you opt into.
3. How we use information
- Operate core gameplay (claims, contests, kings, leaderboards).
- Authenticate you and secure your account.
- Show map/globe features tied to where you are.
- Moderate abuse and enforce fair play where applicable.
- Respond to support requests.
- Improve stability and fix bugs.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Legal bases (where applicable)
Where GDPR or similar laws apply, we rely on performance of a contract (providing the game), your consent (e.g. location, notifications, camera), and legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, product improvement) as appropriate.
5. Sharing
We may share information with:
- Service providers that host or power the app (for example Supabase for backend/auth/database; Firebase for messaging or diagnostics when configured; map tile providers for cartography).
- Other players — public gameplay surfaces (map marks, feed, leaderboards, king status) show content and display names you choose to publish in-game.
- Legal / safety — if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and integrity of the service.
6. Data retention
We keep account and gameplay data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for backups, disputes, and legal obligations. Demo/anonymous sessions may be shorter-lived. You can request deletion by contacting support.
7. Your choices
- Deny or revoke location, camera, photos, or notification access in iOS Settings.
- Skip optional marks (notes/photos) when claiming.
- Request access, correction, or deletion by emailing support.
- If you are in the EEA/UK, you may have additional rights including objection and portability.
8. Children
PISSn is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided data so we can delete it.
9. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards (encryption in transit, access controls). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
10. International transfers
Servers and processors may be located in the United States or other countries. Where required, we use appropriate transfer mechanisms.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. We will revise the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, provide additional notice in-app or on this page when appropriate.
